Project Kick-off Meeting: An initial kick-off meeting will be conducted with the organization detailing the steps of achieving the CBAHI/JCI/AC standard Certification, its benefits and expectations.

Core Team Formation: A core team shall be formed for the project execution. Consultants will assist the management in the selection process of the Team Leader and other core team members.

Gap Assessment and Analysis Program: Assessment of infrastructural, human resource and biomedical equipment processes, documentation, orientation of staff and other features with respect to accreditation standards. Assisting on developing plans towards fulfillment of the gaps with hospital staff so that the services offered support accreditation standards.

Formulation of Organizational and Governance Structure: Assisting the organization in formulating the organizational structure, in addition to the required committees referring to the accreditation requirements.

Assisting in the Development of Documents: (Programs, Manuals, Policies, instructions for the hospital, departments and infection control) modulating the existing system and suggesting changes to support accreditation standards. The required documents will be developed in collaboration with the hospital staff.

Assistance in the Development of Record Keeping Program: Development of Record Keeping Program of the healthcare facility through guidance on the organizing of records, development of formats wherever required and operationalizing of Monitoring system.

System Implementation: CPHT Consultants shall assist the client in the system implementation, by regular mock survey to assess the continuous readiness for accreditation.

Evaluation and Monitoring – Advice & Guidance: The client organization may encounter problems if the staff do not follow the standards. The consultants shall provide assistance in evaluating and providing advice and guidance for the new projects with respect to standards requirements.
