Welcome to the Creative Patterns Health Training Platform. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Payment Policy For Registration
To secure your registration, full payment of the registration fee must be made within 72 hours. Failure to remit payment within this timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of your registration. Payments can be processed directly through our website or via bank transfer to the designated Creative Patterns for Health Training account.
Refund Policy
Once the payment is made, refunds are not applicable unless the participant notifies us at least 4 days prior to the start of the training program.
Registration Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an official registration confirmation via email within five (5) working days. If you do not receive this confirmation within the specified period, we encourage you to contact us at info@cptc.sa to resolve any issues.
Compensation and Liability Waiver
By utilizing our services, you agree to hold Creative Patterns for Health Training, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our website. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims related to your breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or your jurisdiction of residence.
Attendance Policy
Attendance in our virtual classrooms is considered equivalent to in-person attendance. Our platform will diligently track your attendance and participation, which will determine your eligibility for certification. To qualify for a certificate, you must also attend practical application sessions at designated locations. Note that requirements for obtaining certificates and continuing medical education (CME) hours may vary by event. Please be aware that if a participant is absent for 25% or more of the total attendance hours, they will not be eligible to receive a certificate.
Termination Of Use
Creative Patterns Health Training reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, restrict, or suspend your access to our website and services without prior notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms and Conditions or any conduct deemed harmful or illegal. In the event of termination, you will be prohibited from accessing the site.
