At Creative Patterns for Health Training, we aim to provide clarity regarding our refund process. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and the conditions that apply.

Full Refund Requests

To qualify for a full refund, you must contact us no later than 4 days before the start date of the event to cancel your registration.

Partial Refunds

If you wish to cancel your registration within two days of the course’s commencement, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid, minus a deduction of 20% of the course fees to cover administrative expenses incurred.

No Refunds After Course Commencement

Please note that once the course has begun, no refunds will be granted. Additionally, if a trainee fails to attend the course or does not meet the required attendance rate, they will not be eligible for a refund.

Target Group Eligibility

It is crucial to review the target group requirements before registering for a course. Refund claims will not be accepted if a trainee is deemed ineligible due to being outside the specified target group.

Scheduling Conflicts

Participants must ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts with other courses on the same day. Refund claims will not be processed in the event of such conflicts.  

Course Cancellations

In the rare event that a course is canceled, we will refund the full amount to registered trainees within a timeframe that will be communicated directly to them.
